Today I made two 3 oz bags of pumpkin themed merino from the Bauer Family Farm I bought at the Alpaca Festival last fall in to four slightly uneven batts.

It’s not my usual colorway but I like it! I added some orange Angelica to half and green Angelica to the other half for some sparkle.

I spun up two of them and will spin the next two tomorrow and ply them together. I was reading a spinning book I picked up at the today and I tried for a “slub” texture so we will see!

It’s not quite as neon as the picture!
