On day 10 of the Tour de France they take a rest day so a lot of people take a break from Tour de Fleece too. I wasn’t going to but the evening didn’t go quite as planned so I decided to let it go.

Today I spun some alpaca I got at the Frederick Fiber Fest in the spring. It was from Artemis Grange and an alpaca named Lucas.

It was so fluffy! I don’t know if I’ve spun alpaca before. It was really fun and quick. I core spun it with some rose colored crochet cotton. I think I’m getting better with core spinning!

The main color is a very very pale pink.
