I also stopped this Stephen West pattern early after ending the Boneyard Shawl early. It is super long and making it the width called for in the pattern would have made it too wide to be a scarf (at least without folding it over and obscuring the design) yet too narrow to really be called a shawl.

I used a bright blue with neon neps (Laughing Cat Fibers Toy Bob Neon Nep Fingering in The Little Prince) I bought at the Frederick Fiber Fest in Oct 2025 and Kettle Dyed Yarns BFL sock in New Growth from the Lancaster Yarn Shop. I had bought the green for a class I took there on Halloween but ended up using a different color instead.

It was an easy pattern but the yarn was slippery!
