Tour de Fleece Day 3: Thick, Thin & Woolly

Today I made some mostly white with a little purple batts. I spun the batts from yesterday and the new ones and plied them together.

This is the most yarn I’ve spun from the same batch of fiber—two full bobbins. It might be enough to make something small on its own. Possibly?

I wish we’d have a few consecutive days of sun and no forest fire smoke so I can dye some yarn and also wash and set what I’ve spun so far. I haven’t washed/set what I made in the class last week yet and it is starting to build up.

The color is bad in these pictures! It really is sort of a grape gum color.
